Criminal justice clients are those who are in any sort of drug treatment program on account of alcohol or drug related criminal offense. This can occur for example when someone is found guilty of driving under the influence or DWI, or any other kind of drug related offense which has led the court to believe that the individual has any type of drug abuse issue. Not everybody has the option of getting involved in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility as a criminal justice client, but when this approach is ordered from the judge it's strongly advised that the individual try everything they can to get the most from this chance.
