While in a partial day rehab center, individuals experience group, individual and in many cases family therapy and counseling for drug or alcohol use issues whilst handling whatever mental health issue is plaguing them. You will need to handle both issues simultaneously when there is any hope for individuals maintaining any sort of long-term sobriety and be able to regain a quality lifestyle. This may take several months mainly because it's a part-time treatment option, but it's going to be worthwhile for the rehab client along with their families in the long run when they can move forward with a brand new start.
