DUI/DWI clients who're taking part in drug rehab facilities are either there by their own choice, but most of the time in drug and alcohol treatment as part of a mandatory order from the court. DUI/DWI clients, particularly initial offenders might be required to go to treatment either in lieu of other penalties or as a part of a sentence.
