Criminal justice clients are individuals who are in any type of drug and alcohol rehabilitation program due to alcohol or drug related offense. This will happen for example if a person is convicted of drunk driving or DWI, or for any other type of drug related offense which has led the judge to believe that the individual has any kind of drug abuse issue.
