Criminal justice clients are people who are in any kind of drug rehab facility on account of a drug or alcohol related offense. This will happen for instance if a person is found guilty of a DUI or DWI, or for any other type of drug related criminal offense that has led the court to believe that the individual has any kind of substance abuse issue. Not every person has the option of getting involved in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program as a criminal justice client, but when this approach is ordered by the judge it is wise that the individual do everything they are able to to make the most of this chance.
