DUI/DWI clients who are involved in drug rehabilitation facilities are generally there on their own accord, but most of the time in drug and alcohol rehab as part of a mandated court order. DUI/DWI clients, especially initial offenders could be ordered to treatment either in place of other penalties or as part of their sentence.
