DUI/DWI clients who're taking part in drug treatment centers are generally there by their own choice, but more often than not in alcohol and drug rehabilitation as part of a mandatory court order. DUI/DWI clients, particularly initial offenders could be required to go to treatment either in lieu of other penalties or as part of their sentence.
