Criminal justice clients are those who are in any sort of drug rehabilitation program due to a drug or alcohol related criminal offense. This will occur for instance when someone is found guilty of a DUI or DWI, and for any other type of drug related crime which has led a legal court to think the individual has any kind of substance abuse issue. In the long run, it saves the court system both money and time when criminal justice clients receive powerful treatment.
