Criminal justice clients are those who are in any type of alcohol and drug rehabilitation program because of a drug or alcohol related criminal offense. This will happen for example if someone else is found guilty of driving under the influence or DWI, or any other type of drug related offense which has led a legal court to believe that the individual has any type of drug abuse issue. Not everyone has the option of taking part in a drug and alcohol treatment facility as a criminal justice client, but when this approach is ordered from the court it's wise that the individual try everything they can to benefit from this chance. Most of the time, other penalties and consequences might be completely eradicated or lessened if the individual does well in treatment and completes the drug and alcohol rehab center that has been ordered for them.
