Criminal justice clients are individuals who are in any type of drug and alcohol treatment program because of alcohol or drug related criminal offense. This will occur for instance if someone is found guilty of a DUI or DWI, or any other type of drug related crime that has led the judge to believe that the individual has any kind of drug or alcohol use issue.
