Criminal justice clients are people who are in any kind of drug rehab center as a result of alcohol or drug related crime. This can occur for instance when someone is found guilty of drunk driving or DWI, or any other kind of drug related crime which has led a legal court to believe the individual has any kind of drug abuse issue.
