Criminal justice clients are people who are in any sort of drug and alcohol treatment program because of a drug or alcohol related criminal offense. This will occur for instance when someone is found guilty of drunk driving or DWI, or for any other kind of drug related criminal offense which has led a legal court to think the individual has any sort of drug or alcohol use issue. Not everyone has the option of getting involved in a drug rehab center as a criminal justice client, but when this option is ordered through the judge it's well advised that the individual do everything they're able to to get the most from this opportunity.
