Criminal justice clients are individuals who are in any kind of alcohol and drug rehab center due to a drug or alcohol related crime. This will happen for example if someone is found guilty of a DUI or DWI, or any other kind of drug related offense which has led the judge to believe that the individual has any sort of substance abuse issue.
