Criminal justice clients are individuals who are in any type of drug and alcohol rehabilitation program on account of a drug or alcohol related criminal offense. This will happen for instance if a person is found guilty of a DUI or DWI, or any other kind of drug related criminal offense that has led a legal court to believe that the individual has any type of drug or alcohol use issue.
