DUI/DWI clients who're involved in alcohol and drug treatment facilities are generally there by their own choice, but generally in drug rehabilitation due to a mandatory court order. DUI/DWI clients, specifically initial offenders could be required to go to rehab either in place of other consequences or as a part of a sentence.
