Criminal justice clients are individuals who are in any sort of alcohol and drug treatment facility due to a drug or alcohol related offense. This will happen for example if someone is found guilty of drunk driving or DWI, or for any other type of drug related criminal offense which has led a legal court to believe the individual has any type of drug abuse issue.
