Outpatient treatment gives treatment clients the opportunity to maintain certain responsibilities and elements of their lifestyle while taking part in drug rehabilitation services. Outpatient treatment is a moderate amount of rehabilitation, and should not be mistaken for the amount of rehab offered in an inpatient or residential rehabilitation setting that is significantly more intensive.
