Whilst in a partial day rehab center, individuals take part in group, individual and in many cases family counseling and therapy for substance abuse issues while addressing whatever mental health disorder is ailing them. It is important to handle both issues simultaneously when there is any hope for individuals maintaining any type of long-term sobriety and be able to regain a quality lifestyle.
