Criminal justice clients are people who are in any sort of alcohol and drug rehabilitation facility because of a drug or alcohol related crime. This can occur for example if someone else is convicted of a DUI or DWI, or for any other kind of drug related crime which has led the judge to think that the individual has any sort of substance abuse issue.
