Criminal justice clients are individuals who are in any kind of drug and alcohol treatment center as a result of alcohol or drug related criminal offense. This will happen for instance if a person is convicted of a DUI or DWI, or for any other type of drug related offense that has led the judge to believe that the individual has any sort of drug abuse issue.
