Criminal justice clients are individuals who are in any sort of drug and alcohol rehab center as a result of a drug or alcohol related criminal offense. This will happen for example when someone is found guilty of a DUI or DWI, and for any other kind of drug related crime which has led the judge to believe that the individual has any sort of drug abuse issue. Eventually, it saves the court system both time and money when criminal justice clients obtain effective rehab.
