Criminal justice clients are individuals who are in any type of drug and alcohol rehab program as a result of alcohol or drug related crime. This can occur for example when someone is convicted of a DUI or DWI, or for any other type of drug related criminal offense which has led the court to believe that the individual has any type of substance abuse issue.
